Visa For Saudi Arabia

hi,
About getting a visa for saudi arabia, there is a big confusion while finishing packing to saudi arabia. first of all that most people just went to ksa for money, they earn there and come back to their country, which is very good thing according to me, you must work where you got best for your ability , in india and also in many other countries , people just keep working for nothing, as per my knowledge banking sector is just swallowing the employers. i have done a bank job and i have great headache for nothing.

so my point is which visa is most popular in ksa, answer is work Hajj visa , and after that work visa, while you got a work visa you must be careful for many thing's, i will mention that later, but i would like to say you that saudi arabia is a very peaceful country with very strict law's. so when you come here just forget about your old tradition's and just act like a saudi for peaceful life here, about people i would say that " there is one devil present after every angel" ,

its religious country but some people like to cheat here too, most of them are from outside and many from local city ( which are more dangerous). one rule here about visa says that you cant go out of country without permission of our sponsor, i see many case where people have to work for more then 10 year without salary( because they are illegally enter in country) and then their sponsor make then labor for free.

all i am saying is if you wanna go illegally, go to somewhere else , don't even think for saudi arabia for this. now i tell you about work visa of here.when you get visa it is mentioned with your profession. This perhaps is one of the most important things you should be aware of before you come to the kingdom. Every work visa is associated with a profession, eg., doctor, engineer, nurse, teacher, carpenter, etc. You must be absolutely sure about your job title mentioned in your visa. It will be in Arabic, so you will have to get the help of someone who knows Arabic fluently to know its "exact" meaning.

Every sponsor is given some visas by the Saudi government. Unfortunately, the profession or the trade mentioned in the visa need not necessarily be the job you are supposed to do, though officially this is not the case. In 9 out of 10 cases, the sponsor just grabs whatever visa is available and brings expats into the kingdom on that particular visa. For example, let's say a sponsor has a visa for a plumber. However, he may not be needing a plumber but rather an engineer. Since he was given only a plumber visa by the government, he would try to bring the expat on whatever visa is available. However, the catch is that the expat coming into the kingdom, blissfully unaware of this, will be in deep trouble when he wants to bring his family. Only certain trades can bring their families. The Saudi government has decided that only those who can afford to bring their families should do so (which is right to a certain extent). Hence, a laborer / helper will not be eligible to bring his family, nor can he obtain a multiple exit/reentry visa (more about this later) for weekend trips to Bahrain.

So, if an engineer comes to Saudi on a helper visa, it is impossible for him to bring his family, because on paper he is still a helper, no matter what his qualification or experience is :( There was this classic case of the principal of the Indian school, a Phd and with 25 years experience. Unfortunately, he could not bring his family to the kingdom as he was on a painter visa. Since on record he was a painter hence was not eligible to bring his family. Despite moving pillar to post, he was unsuccessful in getting his profession changed and finally had to quit his job in utter frustration and go back to his home country .
Some important point:-

(1) -if labor visa or any other non-supervisory profession mentioned in your iqama then you cant bring your family to ksa

(2) - General Electician ,meson, plubmer, Operator, carpenter, painter, non-supervisory professorial <<- not allow to bring their family to ksa

(3) - Engineer, doctor,Technician and supervisory professional' <<<--- can bring their family to Ksa

i hope this will be hopeful in SEO

I hope to sign a new contract with another school soon, so I don't mind paying for my ticket home but I just want to leave this school without any trouble. If they refuse, I've heard the old trick of leaving the passport in the washing machine and getting a new one, clean of any previous visa.
  2. 2 My question is about NOC. Is there a validity period for NOC from the date of issue? I am planning to go on exit and come back on another visa in about 6 months. Since the new visa will take some time, should I take my NOC now or only when the visa is avalable?
  3. 3 Is it possible to reenter on a "visit visa" and work with a new company within the first year? I know some people who work here on a visit visa since their company doesn't sponsor people. Would it be illegal for me to work on a visit visa if i don't obtain a NOC? Read More....
